Children are admitted in accordance with Oxfordshire County Council Admissions arrangements which are published on the OCC website.

Key dates for applications for Reception 2027

3 November 2026	Opening Date for paper and online applications Online applications open via Oxfordshire School Admissions Portal
15 January 2027	National Closing Date for on-time applications (online or paper)
27 January 2027	The absolute late-entry deadline for extreme circumstances to be considered "on time" by the council. (Any applications submitted completely after this date are marked late, processed later in the year, and have a much lower chance of getting a preferred school)
30 January 2027	Final deadline to submit official confirmation of a change of address
16 April 2027	National Offer Day. If you applied online, you will receive an email in the early evening and can log into the portal to see your allocation. Paper applicants will have an offer letter posted on this date
30 April 2027	Deadline to respond to your school place offer (accept or refuse) and the final date to join waiting lists
